QUALITY IMPROVEMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING

The responsibilities of the Quality Improvement & Strategic Planning committee are:
 

• Provide the leadership in developing the TGA's Continuum of Care model and is responsible for conducting an extensive needs assessment of the TGA in accordance with the CARE Act.

• Facilitate and make recommendations for directives of the service categories recommended to the Planning Council. 

• Provide leadership in developing the Standards of Care for Health Services.

• Participate in the Statewide Coordinated Statement of Need {SCSN). 

• Develop a needs assessment strategy that will provide data to assist with the Continuum of Care.

• Assist with priority setting/fund allocations.
