STRATEGIC PLANNING & ASSESSMENT

The responsibilities of the Strategic Planning & Assessment committee are:
 

• Review Reallocation Requests from the Recipients' Office

• Review Part A Expenditure Reports by Service Category

• Review Implementation of Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan

• Review of Needs Assessment outcomes and data

• Review framework and meeting logistics, as well as identify datasets for PSRA

• Review TGA Quality Assurance Outcomes (e.g., chart reviews, service standard adherence)

• Review/Update Service Standards 

• Planning for Needs Assessment

• Review carryover request from the Recipient's Office

• Review/Update Committee Planning Council Activity Timeline (PCAT)

• Review/Prepare Committee Activity Budget to Recipient
